The Joint Pipeline Office (JPO): Responsibilities and Member Agencies
The Joint Pipeline Office was established in July 1990 to provide collocated and coordinated oversight of design, construction, operations, and maintenance of all common carrier pipelines in Alaska, including TAPS.
